Caregiver Confidence. — Webinar Terms, Disclaimers & Consent

Applicability. These terms apply to all Caregiver Confidence webinars, masterclasses, workshops, live streams, office hours, and related materials—including replays, slides, downloads, chat/Q&A, emails/SMS, and promotional content (collectively, the “Webinar Content”).

Educational Only. The Webinar Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing we share—on screen, in chat, in downloads, or in follow-up communications—constitutes a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

Personal Responsibility & Due Diligence. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take before, during, and after the webinar. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals (e.g., doctors, lawyer, financial advisor) before implementing strategies or making caregiver decisions.

No Professional Advice. The Webinar Content is provided “as is,” without warranties (express or implied). It is not legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Testimonials & Case Studies. Stories and screenshots are used for demonstration and inspiration. They are not typical and do not guarantee you will achieve similar results.

Affiliates & Third Parties. We may reference third-party products/services and may receive compensation if you purchase through our links. We do not control third-party offerings and are not responsible for their claims, performance, or policies.

Registration, Access & Technology. We may modify, reschedule, or cancel a session at our discretion. We are not responsible for your internet, device, software, or platform issues.

Recording, Likeness & Contributions. By attending, you understand the session may be recorded (including chat/Q&A). You grant Caregiver Confidence a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the recordings and your voluntary contributions (e.g., questions, comments, testimonials, name/handle, and likeness if visible) for training, marketing, and product improvement, in any media, without additional permission or compensation. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not share personal information and refrain from on-camera or identifiable participation.

Community Conduct. Be respectful. No harassment, hate, illegal activity, or sharing others’ private information. We may remove participants who violate these standards.

Intellectual Property. The Webinar Content (including frameworks, slides, downloads, and replays) is owned or licensed by Caregiver Confidence and protected by IP laws. You may not record, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as explicitly allowed.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caregiver Confidence, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the webinar or use/misuse of the Webinar Content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caregiver Confidence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a webinar will not exceed the amount you paid for that webinar (if any). Age & Eligibility. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of registration/attendance applies.

Acceptance. By registering for, attending, or accessing any Webinar Content (live or replay), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register, attend, or access the Webinar Content.
